Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and the surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens.

When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we are seeing, feeling and sensing in the present moment — rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future.

It is not the mindfulness that makes you more successful.

You become more successful when your HOPE is greater than your FEAR and as the quote says, you start to make things happen rather than wish and wait for them to happen. Great advice. THINK about it…
