I Am Grateful…

“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.” ~ Melody Beattie

Three Little Words That Change Everything…

On Sale Now…
I Am Grateful...

I Am Grateful!

I Appreciate You!

I Love You!

We could go on with word selections, but you get the idea.

Gratitude is a force of nature, woven into our humanity, and when employed, we see magic… miracles… maybe even transformation.

Going through life with an attitude of gratitude is, by most accounts, the key to true success.

As I am frequently want to do, let’s all get on the same page. Here is how the dictionary defines it…

Gratitude means thanks and appreciation. … Gratitude, which rhymes with “attitude,” comes from the Latin word gratus, which means “thankful, pleasing.” When you feel gratitude, you’re pleased by what someone did for you and also pleased by the results. Unlike indebtedness, you’re not anxious about having to pay it back; we were all grateful to Rita: thankful, appreciative; indebted, obliged, obligated, in someone’s debt, beholden.

Now, take 2 minutes to focus on the video above.

Just click play and clear your mind of the chit chat… focus your thoughts on this single word.

Focused thinking is better than scattered thinking if for no other reason than it sharpens your understanding and shapes your point of view.

As you will see, lots of little brain messages firing inside the beautiful pictures, each giving you a reason to be just a little bit more grateful today.

Every day.

In the end, wouldn’t you be better off if you simply practiced being grateful more often?

Like everything in life, mastery requires practice.

What is the price of being grateful? Usually nothing more than giving thanks and a smile.

What is the downside? Pretty negative, actually…

You are seen as unappreciative, unthankful, thankless, ungracious, churlish.

Like all other performance issues, gratitude is a choice.

You choose to be grateful or churlish.

Choose wisely!
