The term opportunity has a very simple definition, and yet, is all-encompassing:

So, what we are suggesting you actually do each day is to make this a HABIT:

The Miracle Habit

The term Miracle has a very simple definition…

A surprising and welcome event that is not explicable by natural or scientific laws and is therefore considered to be the work of a divine agency… a highly improbable or extraordinary event, development, or accomplishment that brings very welcome consequences.

A miracle is an event so marvelous that it seems like it was sent from above. Catching that foul ball from the stands at the World Series? A miracle!

Empowerment as a Habit.

The term empowerment refers to measures designed to increase the degree of autonomy and self-determination in people and in communities in order to enable them to represent their interests in a responsible and self-determined way, acting on their own authority.

It is the process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in controlling one’s life and claiming one’s rights.

Empowerment as action refers both to the process of self-empowerment and to professional support of people, which enables them to overcome their sense of powerlessness and lack of influence and to recognize and use their resources.

To do work with power.

Self Love as a Habit.

Self Love as a Habit.

Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness.
Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others.
Self-love means not settling for less than you deserve.
Loving yourself doesn’t mean you think you’re the smartest, most talented, and most beautiful person in the world. Instead, when you love yourself you accept your so-called weaknesses, appreciate these so-called shortcomings as something that makes you who you are. When you love yourself you have compassion for yourself.

Emotional Freedom? Me?

Emotional Freedom? Me?

When I was completing Think TQ & Grow Rich, I looked back at all the wisdom of the ages and came to this conclusion.

The people who made it over the years all had what psychologists today call “High Self-Efficacy”… the belief in our power to produce positive results that leads to positive changes in our life.

The reality is this. High Self-Efficacy leads to high Self-Confidence which leads to high Self-Esteem. You can’t have one without the others. Most experts predicate this on a high degree of emotional freedom.

Leadership & Vision Go Together Like Ham & Eggs

Leadership & Vision Go Together Like Ham & Eggs

The only true gift a leader must possess is vision.

One of my best friends is a man who is considered a Christian Statesman, Sir John Edmund Haggai.

Author of numerous books on leadership, this single quote has stuck with me for my entire career…

“The leader seeks to communicate his vision to his followers. He captures their attention with his optimistic intuition of possible solutions to their needs. He influences them by the dynamism of his faith. He demonstrates confidence that the challenge can be met, the need resolved, the crisis overcome.”

Parsing this out, you quickly get the idea that…

Crazy? Great!

When I was completing Think TQ & Grow Rich, I looked back at all the wisdom of the ages and came to this conclusion.

The people who made it over the years were all considered nuts by their friends, families, bosses, coworkers, everyone who they came into contact with.

Napoleon Hill documented this perfectly in his Think and Grow Rich book of the late 1930s. Then, it was about stuff like automobiles, radio, TV, phones, etc.

Decades later, my dear friend Robert Schuller wrote a book on a very crazy topic: Possibility Thinking.

Just 4 Words Will Put Resolve in Your Resolutions…

This is something of a BAD news, GOOD news story…

The bad news is that 80% of all resolutions fail by the second week of February. Around 50% bite the dust by January 12th!

The good news is that you can turn THIS year into your best year ever by simply putting more RESOLVE in your resolutions.

There is no reason for you to work your tail off and still come up short this year. But to do this, you will need to take a slightly different approach, and employ a more consistent course of action.

We are all creatures of habit…

The truth is, habits you created 1-5-10 years ago are controlling your life today. This is as obvious as it is well documented.
