Emotional Freedom? Me?
When I was completing Think TQ & Grow Rich, I looked back at all the wisdom of the ages and came to this conclusion.
The people who made it over the years all had what psychologists today call “High Self-Efficacy”… the belief in our power to produce positive results that leads to positive changes in our life.
The reality is this. High Self-Efficacy leads to high Self-Confidence which leads to high Self-Esteem. You can’t have one without the others. Most experts predicate this on a high degree of emotional freedom.
Crazy? Great!
When I was completing Think TQ & Grow Rich, I looked back at all the wisdom of the ages and came to this conclusion.
The people who made it over the years were all considered nuts by their friends, families, bosses, coworkers, everyone who they came into contact with.
Napoleon Hill documented this perfectly in his Think and Grow Rich book of the late 1930s. Then, it was about stuff like automobiles, radio, TV, phones, etc.
Decades later, my dear friend Robert Schuller wrote a book on a very crazy topic: Possibility Thinking.
Antidote to Stress? Be Happy With Yourself…
“Stress is the trashcan of modern life. It builds up to overflowing then all you have is garbage spread all over your life. There is a simple key to reducing stress in your life… just be yourself.” ~ E. R. Haas, Author The Invisible Billionaire

How’s Your Climb to The Top Going?
The Next Step Upward…
We all have mountains to climb, some tall, some scary.
The great news is that as we approach the summit of one, we see others off in the distance.
So, we set our sights upward, towards bigger, better and bolder goals.
If you want to make the ascent to the top of your career… the top financially… the top personally and professionally…
why not get a little help to make the climb easier and a great deal more enjoyable?
Why procrastinate? You are throwing away your future.
Last week, we discussed how to become more Efficient and Effective by doing your 4 R’s more frequently:
Doing the Right Things… the Right Way… for the Right Reasons… all at the Right Time.
This week, we are going to tackle PROCRASTINATION—a word that causes most of us a tremendous amount of grief—and keeps us from consistently doing things at the Right Time… if at all.
Is it possible to earn $5,000 per MINUTE doing something you love?
You don’t need to be a race car driver to understand that to the swift goes the race.
Unless you are in a position where results don’t matter… winning doesn’t matter… getting ahead doesn’t matter or turning yourself into the best version of you doesn’t matter… then you need to think like a champion.
This means mastering your Clock Management skills.
Regardless of who you are… young or old… rich or broke… successful or struggling… we all have exactly the same number of minutes to work with:
1,440 minutes each day.
New Ideas Matter — Even MORE Than You Think…
Ultimately, the Excellence Habit is all about the inculcation of great ideas…
POSITIVE IDEAS that shape your performance.
To succeed, you MUST have a constant flow of great ideas… a reservoir to depend on for true innovation.
For inspiration.
To motivate you to take bold action.
When we run out of ideas, we run out of hope.
Oscar Worthy Performance…
Regardless the controversy about who should and shouldn’t be nominated for high recognition, the fact remains…
EVERY contender is both a winner and a Time Management EXPERT!
The reality is, 95% of all success is simply showing up… on time and ready to perform.
Ready for the opportunities that naturally come your way.
The sad truth is that opportunity doesn’t knock twice.
I have built my entire life around seizing ever-growing opportunities.
I have yet to hear even ONE knock on my door — or whack me upside my head.
Opportunities behave quite differently from what we have been trained to expect.
You must have POWERFUL LENSES with which to see and sense them.
Success: More of what you want… less of what you don’t.
This morning we had a wonderful conversation about getting 2018 off to the best start possible.
My advice was simple.
Take out a sheet of paper and draw a line down the middle. Label the left half WHAT I DON’T WANT… and the right side WHAT I REALLY WANT…
Listen to the audio and follow along.
1 hour here and you will not only have better direction, but a real head start towards guaranteeing 2018 becomes YOUR year.
An Observation on The Journey to 2018, 2019 and Beyond
If you love great sci-fi, there is nothing more appealing than walking through a stargate to galaxies beyond our own.
One minute you are here on Earth, the next on the other side of the Pegasus galaxy… facing the exciting unknown — the good, the bad, and the different.
Our journey through time is like that.
One moment we are young and have an entire life ahead, and the next, we are facing the inevitability of our demise.
The Golden Key To Life: Focus and Commitment.
To achieve your dreams… to maintain balance in the heat of the battle… to know that you have done the best you could given the circumstances you faced… requires you to focus on the important, and not be consumed by the urgent.
This is a major driver of success, both personally and professionally. It is not hard to focus, if you know what’s important to you, and what’s not.
What Is Your Time Quotient? Why Should You Care?
Last week we discussed the difference between hopes and wishes vs. crystal-clear EXPECTATIONS. As I pointed out all week, what you have the RIGHT to expect is based on four Colors within your personal Time Prism: Your sense of purpose and MISSION… your ATTITUDE… your ability to set Smart GOALS… and your ability to establish […]
Training To Reign Is Not Just A Slogan…
From Miss Universe… to the World Cup… to Tennis… to Golf… to the Olympics… the NFL and NBA or the NHA, this is the prevailing attitude: TRAIN to REIGN. It is very serious business. If you want to be at, or near the top of the field, you simply MUST create an ongoing training mentality.
Millions are at stake. Your credibility is at stake. Your future is at stake. Do this, you WIN.
Creating WOW Power…
Last week we discussed how your Time Quotient spills over into every area of your life: Relationships, Career, Business, Family and of course, you Personally. No question, your TQ is a fundamental building block of success.
Expectations vs. Hopes and Wishes.
Last week, we talked about AMBITION:
The eager or strong desire to achieve something.
This week, we will talk about Expectations — what you EXPECT to see happen vs. what you HOPE will happen over the course of time.
