It is more than being free from illness, it is a dynamic process of change and growth.
A good or satisfactory condition of existence; a state characterized by health, happiness, and prosperity; welfare.
“Wellness is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” – The World Health Organization.
According to several studies, the most common health problem in the world is depression. This problem is often manifested in the form of insomnia, stress, poor nutrition, physical inactivity, obesity, and heart disease, etc.
Irrespective of a person’s age, size, shape or perceived attractiveness, it is wellness that is the cornerstone of quality of life. It determines how we ultimately look, feel, interact with others and thrive in life and work.
The Authenticity Habit
The Truth Will Set You Free…
You’ve heard this your whole life.
But it is hard to know what is true, factual, and absolutely authentic.
Fake news, fake photos, fake people…
They live to deceive.
Which, they believe gives them power.
In fact, the opposite is true.
The Honor Habit
It’s Independence Day here in America!
We fought with honor for the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
We fight for freedom.
We fight for success.
We fight for the right to be challenged.
We fight for the right to find our own path in life, unencumbered by the shackles of bondage and despair.

I love to start with a common definition, but we all know what a goal is and can mouth the meaning easily…
A GOAL is a DREAM with a DEADLINE.
You have some dream — more money, a second home, real career power — whatever, so the only question is, WHEN do you expect it to show up?
A great goal presupposes you know the big WHY…
And believe you have the skills to make it happen… the big HOW.
With the what, when, how, and why set the outcome is simple to see…
You either can take the actions necessary to achieve it, or not.
The Leadership Habit
What is leadership? A simple definition is that leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal.
In a business setting, this can mean directing workers and colleagues with a strategy to meet the company’s needs.
This leadership definition captures the essentials of being able to inspire others and being prepared to do so. Effective leadership is based upon ideas (whether original or borrowed), but won’t happen unless those ideas can be communicated to others in a way that engages them enough to act as the leader wants them to act.
The Courage Habit
Courage is a giant word that simply means the ability to ACT in the face of challenges.
To ACT in the face of your fears.
To ACT when you have imperfect information.
To ACT when you know you must do the right thing, regardless of the cost.
This is a HABIT to be grown, not just a response to a condition.
The Self-Confidence Habit
When we think of building self-confidence, we understand that it means having confidence in yourself.
Duuuuh!
But, when you understand that there is a continuum we all live on, this issue starts to make sense from a practical viewpoint.

The term opportunity has a very simple definition, and yet, is all-encompassing:
An exploitable set of circumstances with an uncertain outcome, requiring a commitment of resources and involving exposure to risk.
So, what we are suggesting you actually do each day is to make this a HABIT:
The Miracle Habit
The term Miracle has a very simple definition…
A surprising and welcome event that is not explicable by natural or scientific laws and is therefore considered to be the work of a divine agency… a highly improbable or extraordinary event, development, or accomplishment that brings very welcome consequences.
A miracle is an event so marvelous that it seems like it was sent from above. Catching that foul ball from the stands at the World Series? A miracle!

Empowerment as action refers both to the process of self-empowerment and to professional support of people, which enables them to overcome their sense of powerlessness and lack of influence and to recognize and use their resources.
To do work with power.
The Small Biz Paradox
The Small Biz Paradox…
The dilemma — you want to grow your small business to become a titan of industry.
The paradox is that your business cannot grow any bigger than its leaders.
It will never grow beyond your abilities because you simply will not let it.
In the end, the more you try to grow, the faster you will fail…
Self Love as a Habit.
Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness.
Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others.
Self-love means not settling for less than you deserve.
Loving yourself doesn’t mean you think you’re the smartest, most talented, and most beautiful person in the world. Instead, when you love yourself you accept your so-called weaknesses, appreciate these so-called shortcomings as something that makes you who you are. When you love yourself you have compassion for yourself.
Kindness as a Habit.
How many times each day are you kind… versus nice… or just plain mannerly?
What is your KQ… Kindness Quotient? Take the past 3 months, would you say you were kind, or just NOT meanspirited?
Kindness is — and always will be — one of the most beautiful and powerful forces for good that exists in the entire world.
Why? A quick search on the net finds this from Kindness is Everything…
Kindness Is Love In Action.
Emotional Freedom? Me?
When I was completing Think TQ & Grow Rich, I looked back at all the wisdom of the ages and came to this conclusion.
The people who made it over the years all had what psychologists today call “High Self-Efficacy”… the belief in our power to produce positive results that leads to positive changes in our life.
The reality is this. High Self-Efficacy leads to high Self-Confidence which leads to high Self-Esteem. You can’t have one without the others. Most experts predicate this on a high degree of emotional freedom.
